~*Synopsis*~

The movie is a sex film masquerading as an expose of the way girls are exploited in Bombay.

Karan (Sonu Pahuja) and Ajay (Karan) are friends who are out to have a good time every night, drinking, frequenting clubs and looking for easy conquests of girls. They meet two out-of-towners, Riya (Jyoti Pandey) and Rimi (Nisha Yadav) who want to become models. After perfunctory wooing, the two boys take them to a club, and spike their drinks with the intention of sexually exploiting them. However, Bhandari, the owner of the club, sees through their game. He gets Karan and Ajay?s drinks spiked too. When all four are unconscious, Bhandari rapes the two girls. Riya and Rimi, believing that they were raped by Karan and Ajay, report them to the police, who arrest them. Despite police torture, Karan and Ajay insist that they didn?t rape the girls, though they admit that they had spiked their drinks to do just that. The police pass the case to the CBI and the needle of suspicious points towards Bhandari. A trap is laidfor the club owner and he falls into it. Riya and Rimi apologise, realising that Karan and Ajay had not raped them, and get close to them.
